I love this story. It shares a simple tool that might help others who are blue or depressed to tackle day-to-day tasks. This is great Kate. Reminds me of something my mother-in-law said when I was a new mom, so tired and overwhelmed and feeling like I was accomplishing nothing in a day. She said to write a list and check things off as you do them — even if it was something as seemingly mundane as having a shower. She said to write it down and put a big check mark beside it.
